Hello everyone! I am Mike Flores, and I do moving labor,
demolition work and handyman jobs.
I also do simple website design like this website. The moving gigs are
definitely more
plentiful and easier to get.
My biggest customers to date are The Embassy Suites Hotel at NIH35 near
Hwy. 290, and
The North Austin Plaza Hotel on NIH35 near St. Johns. I got those jobs
from ads on
Craigslist. I've worked with multiple contractors on those two projects.
My rates are currently $25 an hour per mover with a 2.5 hour minimum
and a $25 trip
fee
in and around the Austin TX area, more for out of town jobs.
So minimum charge for one mover is $87.50
unless you have just a few items to move, then we can work out a flat
rate depending on what you have to move.
To think, I used to hate moving. I also am a partner with Double M
Moving. If I work a
two person job
he's my wingman, or I'm his wingman, one of the two. For both of us
it's $50 an hour with a 2.5
hour minimum and a $25 dollar trip fee for a $150 minimum charge.
I do not have a truck, but I can arrange for an open trailer if you
really need one.
